A HUGE well done to those of you who’ve completed the Open.

Involved with the online inputting or generally wanting to take part you’ve all shown great progress and determination.

We know where or what we need to work on to improve but that will happen over the next few months and until next years open there is a lot of time to build on both strengths and weaknesses.

Remember final scores are to be added today!

There may be a few quarterfinalists but don’t worry if not, these workouts are often heavier and can be more skilful, to show you how CrossFit can and is scaleable we will continue with these workouts for the next couple of weeks to give you a little taste.
