Why should I join?
Before turning to the ‘CrossFit side’ I use to turn up to the standard gym with great intentions of training harder than I ever had before, (and sometimes I did actually work hard) so I could eat the cake without guilt! Not always knowing what I’d be doing that day – just turning up hoping to find some inspiration in order to tick off that gym session.
As cliché as it may sound nothing compares to the satisfaction you feel after completing the CrossFit WOD! (workout of the day) You don’t just want to tick a box, CrossFit becomes a big part of your life you look forward to every day.
If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than a typical gym membership. With that said our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training, you’ll learn something new in every session that will motivate you to become a fitter, stronger, mentally tougher version of yourself. We have picked training methods that we know work! They aren’t gimmicks. We have spent a long time learning what is effective and what isn’t.
We are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals…if you commit, you will achieve fitness beyond expectation.
You’re instantly motivated by the coaches and all the wonderful members you’re training with. We believe we will be creating a place, where everyone can feel they can get the very best out of whatever training they wish to do. Whether it be the elite conditioning for a professional athlete, a semi-profession rugby player or the 50 year old who is just getting back into exercise.
At CrossFit Chester, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.
We wholeheartedly believe you will want to come to us and keep coming because you will make friends. You will know everyone’s name, they will know yours. You will train hard and you will see results.
Not only that – we will have regular socials where we all hang out! These socials can range from a trek up Snowdon, to go karting, or even a night out on the town – Just plain fun
Our sessions are broadly classed based.
Each session is a 1 hour long class; typically include a warm-up, a skill development or strength segment, the high-intensity WOD, and a period of individual or group stretching.
In order to join everyone will have to complete the Induction. This is compulsory and will teach you the fundamental movements that you will encounter at CrossFit Chester.

NEW CROSSFIT MEMBERS – INDUCTION
All new members to CrossFit must complete our Introduction teaching fundamental movements of CrossFit. We will guide you through the fundamental movements, explain our gym etiquette and help take you a step closer to becoming a CrossFitter!

You can attend unlimited amount of Classes during the month (this covers all classes that we add to the time table) – inc Yoga, Gymnastics, Mobility and Olympic lifting.
2/WK OR 8 A MONTH
Limited to 2 CrossFit Classes per week, inc Yoga, Gymnastics and Olympic lifting.
1 hour session with one of our coaches concentrating on helping you reach your goals whether it be an hour of mastering the wall ball, learning to kip or learning how to Clean and jerk for the first time. Group discounts offered.
£10 per day / session
We require one payment notice to cancel the membership.
