Looking for Something Different?

If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than a typical gym membership.

What do you get from a typical gym membership?  You pay a flat fee to use the equipment – That’s it

At CrossFit Chester, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.

Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training.  Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals…if you commit, you will achieve fitness beyond expectation.

We believe we will be creating a place, where everyone can feel they can get the very best out of whatever training they wish to do. Whether it be the elite conditioning for a professional athlete,  a semi-profession rugby player or the 50 year old who is just getting back into exercise.

We have picked training methods that we know work! They aren’t gimmicks. We have spent a long time learning what is effective and what isn’t.

The Community!

We wholeheartedly believe you will want to come to us and keep coming because you will make friends. You will know everyone’s name, they will know yours. You will train hard and you will see results.

Not only that – we will have regular socials where we all hang out!  These socials can range from a trek up Snowdon, to go karting, or even a night out on the town – Just plain fun


Our sessions are broadly classed based.

Each session is a 1 hour long class; typically include a warm-up, a skill development or strength segment, the high-intensity WOD, and a period of individual or group stretching.

In order to join everyone will have to complete the Induction.  This is compulsory and will teach you the fundamental movements that you will encounter at CrossFit Chester, which will take 1-1.5 hours.

Fees are as follows:

STUDENT DD £60 £43

We require payment notice to cancel the membership, as per terms and conditions.


All new members to CrossFit must complete our Introduction teaching fundamental movements of CrossFit. Which are every weekend at 11am – if you cannot make this then we will organise another time.


You can attend unlimited amount of Classes during the month (this covers all classes that we add to the time table) – inc Yoga, Gymnastics and Olympic lifting.


Limited to 2 CrossFit Classes per week, inc Yoga, Gymnastics and Olympic lifting.


£30/Hour –

1 hour session with one of our coaches concentrating on helping you reach your goals whether it be an hour of mastering the wall ball, learning to kip or learning how to Clean and jerk for the first time. Group discounts offered.


£10 per day / session



All we require is a one payment notice to cancel the membership.
