CrossFit Chester – A nice little cheeky wod to try at home

Morning all,

I thought I would post a cheeky WOD that everyone can do at home and will only take 2-10 mins. 

7 Rounds for time:

– 7 Squats

– 7 Burpees

Good luck – your time will really depend on how you cope with 49 burpees!?!
