CrossFit Chester at Home! 19/10/2020

For those of you stuck at home unable to get to CrossFit Chester I’ll include a ‘home workout’ to give you a little inspiration! Stay safe Xx

Every 5 minutes x 5

  • 400m run
  • 20 Russian twists (grab an object to make these harder!)
  • 10 burpees
  • 5 strict HSPU (or feet elevated press ups)
