CrossFit Chester – Another home WOD

Until we are open we are posting WOD for you to try at home.

This week the WOD is:

For time complete:
21 reps – 15 reps – 9 reps of:
– Burpees
– Diamond Sit ups
– Squats

So this means:
21 Burpees into > 21 sit ups into > 21 squats into
15 Burpees > 15 sit ups > 15 squats
9 Burpees > 9 sit ups > 9 Squats > TIME!
