zombie walks

burpee tuck jumps.

 

A. Find a heavy Complex for each

15 minute running clock:

0-5

Clean + push press

5-10

clean + push jerk

10-15

clean + split jerk

 

B. 3 rounds:

20 box jumps

12 Front squats (60/40)

24 dumbbell snatches (22.4/15)
