A. Pick one of the options to work on for 10 minutes

Free standing shoulder taps

Freestanding Handstand holds

Wall handstand holds


B. Kettlebell Front rack step ups

40 reps in total using the heaviest weight you built to last time – break as often as you need to as long as all reps are completed within 6 minutes.

18 Box jump overs (24/20”)
