A. Hang clean and push jerks – build to 75% of your push jerk 1rm then E.M.O.M X9 – 1 Clean and jerk (increasing weight, aim is to have no fails, so DO NOT MAX OUT)

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 Double-unders

15 Power snatches(35kg/25kg)

 

C. For quality – not time 

20 hollow rocks  

minute plank hold
