CrossFit Chester 23/07/2020

Enjoy a much needed rest day or active recovery day for those of you feeling the aches and pains! We have a couple of classes today ‘endurance and CrossFit’ The class will be posted later on due to the forever changing weather 😉 xx

6 minute AMRAP: begin with a 400m run – 

20 DB overhead walking lunges 

10 burpees 

6 minute AMRAP: 

Begin with a 600m run – 

20 DB clean and jerks 

10 burpees over kit 

6 minute AMRAP: 

Begin with a 800m run – 

20 DB squat snatches or 1 power + 1 squat

10 press ups 

Resting 2 minutes between sets!
