In your socially distanced pairs

One Partner holds a KB in the front rack position whilst the other partner chips away at 150 weighted box step ups (switch with your partner when needed)

One Partner holds a KB overhead whilst the other partner chips away at 150 DB power cleans (switch with your partner when needed)

Split the reps of the following movements (only one works at a time)

  • 80 single arm devils press –
  • 80 STOH –
  • 80 HSPU –

-After every set of 80 complete a run of 200m together before moving on to the next movement of 80 reps.
