A. Squat snatch

5 snatch high pulls + 5 snatch balance @ 50% 

10 Reps at 60% to warm up

EMOM 5 – 3 reps at 70%

rest 1 minute

EMOM 4 – 2 reps at 80%

rest 1 minute

EMOM 5 increasing weight.

 

B. For time:

3 rounds

80 Double unders

10 front squats (60/40)

8 burpees
