x3 Warm up with 30 barbell side bends and 15-20 behind the neck thrusters

then break up with kipping swings

 

A. 1 snatch + 1 OHS

5 sets in total using 90-95% of your snatch

 

B. E.M.O.M 16

Min 1 – 50 double unders

Min 2 – 15 Thrusters (30/45)

Min 3 – 200m run

Min 4 – 20 sit ups
