Warm up
3 rounds
– 20 overhead barbell side bends
– 20 second scap pull down
– 20 hollow rocks

A. Split jerk pause strict press
Work on positioning and footwork then perform 4 strict presses. Repeat for 3 sets

B. Then find a 10rm push jerk

C. 21-15-9
Dumbbell snatches (22.5/15)
Dumbbell front squats
