5 sets of the Bear complex with squat pauses

1 power clean

1 front squat (with a 4 second pause)

1 push press

1 back squat (with a 4 second pause)

1 push press

increase weight over the 5 sets – just don’t forget the pauses!

12 wall balls

12 sit ups

rest 1 min
