A. Find one max effort set of ring dips

Then Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes:

5 Power cleans @ 80% + 50% of max effort ring dips

 

B. 3 rounds:
20 KBS (24/16kg)
10 chest to bar pull ups
20 box jump overs

800/700m row buy out
