1 length overhead walking lunges (take 3 seconds to get your knee to touch the ground)

1 length plate push

12 shoulder taps

 

Push press 6×4

with strict pull ups or rope climbs between sets

 

3 Rounds for time

16 box jumps (30/24)

16 box press ups

16 dumbbell snatches (22.5/15)
