B. Front squat 3×5 @70%

overhead squat 2x 8 @75%

2 minutes to complete 60 double unders 20 burpees. Rest 1 minute 2 minutes to complete 80 double unders 15 burpees rest 1 min 2 minutes to complete 100 double unders 10 burpees
