Power snatch catch 5 second pauses + 5 second full extension overhead hold

5 sets-  dont go above 50%

2 power snatch

increasing weight every minute

 

EMOM

1: 5 reps at 60% of achieved weight

2: 40 double unders

3: 4 reps at 70%

4: 40 double unders

5: rest
