So who’s ready for some challenges?! I mean there isn’t much else to do so I assume most people will be up for something!
I’m going to program a daily run workout alongside of the at home CrossFit workouts.
Who’s up for running 25 or 50 miles this January?! I’m setting myself a goal of 100km so why not join in! If you hate running but know it’s something you want to improve on then why not set yourself a 25 mile goal? if you know you could push yourself a little harder go for a larger target.
