Snatch drills with PVC Pipe

3 walk outs

13 hollow rocks

 

A. Snatch grip hang high pulls 4×3 at your 1rm snatch 

into Snatch grip deadlifts 6×1* 

Increasing weight until you hit your heaviest paused 1 rep.

*4 second pause in your set up and at full extension
