(+1) rep each time both partners have completed a round

2 strict pull ups

2 toes to bar

2 burpees to target

 

once 8 minutes is up Split the reps

30-20-10

Goblet squats

KBS

single arm KB Thrusters (24/16)

 

100 machine calories split

every 25 completed 25 Synchro wall balls
